Abstract
El siguiente trabajo de grado es la formulación de un modelo de negocio, para un medio alternativo digital en Bogotá. Comprendiendo sus posibilidades de crecimiento en un panorama nacional y latinoamericano. Y dando a conocer aquellos errores cometidos por otras propuestas, donde recae la principal oportunidad a trabajar y fortalecer la manera en que se comunica en una era globalizada y virtual como la de hoy en día.
Es importante destacar las diversas variables económicas que se presentaran, guiadas siempre a la necesidad de innovar en los medios. De igual manera, se resalta la importancia de planificar una sólida campaña de fidelización de audiencia, ateniendo sus necesidades comunicativas y sus sentimientos al respecto de. Sin dejar de lado la importancia de encontrar una fuente de financiamiento principal pronta, en el caso de Divergente Multimedia, el pautaje específicos de productos y servicios, desarrollados en campañas imparciales que generen una confianza genuina con el usuario final.
