Impactos económicos y sociales que tiene la política ZOMAC en el Municipio de Cocorná

En el contexto empresarial actual, muchas empresas, en particular las micro y pequeñas, enfrentan importantes obstáculos que restringen su capacidad de crecimiento y viabilidad. Frecuentemente, estas empresas carecen de los recursos adecuados para expandirse y competir de manera efectiva en el mercado. Para superar estas limitaciones, es esencial que el gobierno refuerce su apoyo a través de incentivos fiscales. Dichos incentivos no solo reducirían la carga tributaria para las empresas, sino que también proporcionarían los recursos necesarios para impulsar la inversión, mejorar la infraestructura y promover el desarrollo económico.
Este estudio tiene como objetivo examinar el impacto económico y social que ha tenido la Política ZOMAC en las micro y pequeñas empresas del Municipio de Cocorná, situado en el departamento de Antioquia, Colombia. La Política ZOMAC fue creada para estimular el desarrollo en zonas afectadas por el conflicto armado, ofreciendo incentivos fiscales a las empresas que operan en estas regiones, con la finalidad de fomentar su crecimiento y estabilidad.
La investigación se enfoca en evaluar cómo las empresas locales han experimentado y aplicado los beneficios de ZOMAC, así como en analizar el impacto de estos beneficios en el desarrollo económico y social del municipio. Para alcanzar estos objetivos, se investigará el nivel de conocimiento que tienen los empresarios sobre los incentivos ZOMAC, el grado de implementación de estos beneficios y los efectos sobre la productividad y el bienestar social.
In the current business context, many companies, particularly micro and small ones, face significant obstacles that restrict their ability to grow and viability. Frequently, these companies lack adequate resources to expand and compete effectively in the market. To overcome these limitations, it is essential that the government strengthen its support through fiscal incentives. Such incentives would not only reduce the tax burden for businesses, but would also provide the resources needed to boost investment, improve infrastructure, and promote economic development. This study aims to examine the economic and social impact that the ZOMAC Policy has had on micro and small businesses in the Municipality of Cocorná, located in the department of Antioquia, Colombia. The ZOMAC Policy was created to stimulate development in areas affected by the armed conflict, offering tax incentives to companies that operate in these regions, with the aim of promoting their growth and stability. The research focuses on evaluating how local companies have experienced and applied the benefits of ZOMAC, as well as analyzing the impact of these benefits on the economic and social development of the municipality. To achieve these objectives, the level of knowledge that entrepreneurs have about ZOMAC incentives, the degree of implementation of these benefits and the effects on productivity and social well-being will be investigated.
