Análisis y evaluación del impacto que genera la actual plaza del municipio de Sibundoy departamento del Putumayo para la conformación de un nuevo diseño

Abstract

A continuación, el presente proyecto abarca el análisis de la actual plaza de mercado del municipio de Sibundoy departamento del putumayo con la finalidad de dar solución a la problemática principal, este contiene la secuencia necesaria para su debido análisis, su correspondiente ejecución, condiciones mínimas, la descripción del método constructivo y demás elementos requeridos para asegurar la sostenibilidad del proyecto. Inicialmente se presenta el análisis realizado hacia la comunidad para determinar la problemática principal y a la vez darle la solución, los datos para el análisis se los obtuvo con la realización de una encuesta a un cierto porcentaje de la comunidad del municipio a 200 personas equitativamente 50% comerciantes y 50% compradores obteniendo como una respuesta que la principal problemática es la ubicación e infraestructura de la actual plaza de mercado en el municipio de Sibundoy, ya que esta ubicada en la zona central del municipio y por la mala distribución vial a sus alrededores e internamente de la plaza generando conflictos entre los usuarios. En virtud de lo anterior, este proyecto desarrolla la alternativa de un nuevo diseño de la plaza de mercado en el municipio de sibundoy departamento del putumayo, en busca de disminuir el abastecimiento alimentario inadecuado, informalidad de los comerciantes, el manejo inadecuado de basuras, invasión del espacio público, hasta la afectación del paisaje urbano en el municipio.Next, this project covers the analysis of the current market place of the municipality of Sibundoy, department of Putumayo, with the purpose of providing a solution to the main problem, this contains the necessary sequence for its due analysis, its corresponding execution, minimum conditions, the description of the construction method and other elements required to ensure the sustainability of the project. Initially, the analysis is presented to the community to determine the main problem and at the same time give the solution, the data for the analysis was obtained by conducting a survey to a certain percentage of the community of the municipality to two hundred people equally fifty percent traders and fifty percent buyers obtaining as an answer that the main problem is the location and infrastructure of the current market place in the municipality of Sibundoy, since it is located in the central area of the municipality and by the poor road distribution around and internally of the square generating conflicts between users. By virtue of the above, this project develops the alternative of A New Design Of The Market Place In The Municipality Of Sibundoy Department Of Putumayo, in order to reduce the inadequate food supply, the informality of the merchants, the inadequate management of garbage, the invasion of public space, and even the affectation of the urban landscape in the municipality.Next, this project covers the analysis of the current market place of the municipality of Sibundoy, department of Putumayo, in order to solve the main problem.
