Abstract
Los estudios realizados a nivel mundial en el ámbito de Inteligencia Artificial (IA) han aumentado mucho en los últimos años; es por esto que esta investigación tiene como objetivo presentar estrategias para la implementación de tecnologías de IA en la gestión de proyectos de informática en el sector de la salud en Colombia. Este es un estudio cuantitativo el cual se realizó mediante encuestas con preguntas cerradas enviadas a las áreas de informáticas de diferentes entidades de salud las cuales aceptaron participar en el estudio ya que este sector se ha convertido en un campo de investigación cada vez más importante. A través de este enfoque metodológico se buscó con estos datos diagnosticar y establecer el estado actual de la adopción de tecnologías emergentes de IA en la gestión de proyectos, esto con el fin de proponer un conjunto de estrategias y recomendaciones para mejorar la incorporación estas tecnologías en el sector de la salud, optimizando la administración de proyectos y facilitando una toma de decisiones más informada. Tanto la IA como el aprendizaje automático se están convirtiendo hoy en día en algo muy importante para la sociedad, ya que son herramientas muy valiosas que ayudan con la rápida identificación de patrones lo cual permite realizar tareas rutinarias con facilidad y esto hace que se pueda liberar recursos para el desarrollo de tareas mucho más complejas.
The studies conducted worldwide in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) have increased a lot in recent years; that is why this research aims to present strategies for the implementation of AI technologies in the management of informatics projects in the health sector in Colombia. This is a qualitative study which was carried out by means of surveys sent to the informatics areas of different health entities, which agreed to participate in the study since this sector has become an increasingly important field of research. This methodological approach seeks to use this data to diagnose and establish the current status of the adoption of emerging AI technologies in project management, in order to propose a set of strategies and recommendations to improve the incorporation of these technologies in the health sector, optimizing project management and facilitating more informed decision making. Both AI and machine learning are becoming very important for society today, as they are very valuable tools that help with the rapid identification of patterns which allows routine tasks to be performed with ease and this frees up resources for the development of much more complex tasks.
