Abstract
EMTELCO es una empresa de telecomunicaciones, la cual le ofrece a la comunidad los servicios de telefonía, internet, televisión y muchos más portafolios de productos que satisfacen las necesidades del cliente. Está conformada por más de 500 colaboradores los cuales son los encargados de enamorar y retener a los clientes, para que de esta forma todos sus productos y servicios sean consumidos y reconocidos. Desde hace muchos años se ha evidenciado el alto índice de rotación del personal, es una de sus falencias, ya que por este motivo la misma puede generar pérdidas de imagen para la organización, haciendo que la empresa se tenga que someter a muchos procesos de selección y de alguna u otra manera disminuir la atención por brindar capacitación a los nuevos colaboradores. Por medio de encuestas y entrevistas, muchos de los colaboradores que hacen parte de la organización y muchos de los que han salido por la misma razón de la rotación del personal, nos dieron su punto de vista de cuáles serían para ellos las posibles soluciones para disminuir dicha problemática, de igual forma cuales son los factores que hacen que esta problemática se evidencie. Unos de los factures que se vio reflejado por lo que se evidencia la rotación del personal son: las jornadas laborales, las metas de cumplimiento y de igual manera consideran que las posibles soluciones que se pueden implementar las disminuir dichas problemáticas, es incentivar más a los colaboradores, haciendo que estos se sientan cómodos y satisfechos en su lugar de trabajo, desarrollando habilidades y destrezas para un mejor desempeño, trabajo en equipo y apoyo de toda la organización.

It is made up of more than 500 collaborators who are in charge of captivating and retaining customers, so that in this way all their products and services are consumed and recognized. For many years the high rate of staff turnover has been evidenced, it is one of its shortcomings, since for this reason it can generate loss of image for the organization, making the company have to undergo many selection processes. And in some way or another reduce the attention to provide training to new collaborators. T hrough surveys and interviews, many of the collaborators who are part of the organization and many of those who have left for the same reason of staff turnover, gave us their point of view of what would be the possible solutions for them to reduce said problem, in the same way what are the factors that make this problem evident. Some of the factors that were reflected by what is evidenced by the staff turnover are: the working hours, the compliance goals and in the same way they consider that the possible solutions that can be implemented to reduce these problems, is to encourage more employees collaborators, making them feel comfortable and satisfied in their workplace, developing skills 148032and abilities for better performance, teamwork and support from the entire organization.
