Abstract
La presente sistematización de experiencia aborda una problemática de mala convivencia escolar dentro del aula que se evidencia en la institución educativa Gimnasio Americano Emmanuel de la ciudad de Neiva – Huila, debido a que durante las clases se evidenciaba el desorden, el irrespeto hacia los maestros, los apodos entre los niños y niñas, las burlas, los llamados de atención y un ambiente poco propicio para el aprendizaje. A partir de la observación, la aplicación de actividades pedagógicas y participativas se lograron avances significativos en las relaciones de los niños, promoviendo en los maestros la intención de ofrecer experiencias que permitieran transformar las dinámicas que se llevan a cabo dentro del aula para generar un aprendizaje más significativo y con más respeto.
The present systematization of experience addresses a problem of bad school coexistence within the classroom that is evidenced in the educational institution Gimnasio Americano Emmanuel in the city of Neiva - Huila, because during the classes the disorder, the disrespect for teachers, the nicknames between the boys and girls, the teasing, the calls for attention and an environment that is not very conducive to learning were evident. From the observation, the application of pedagogical and participatory activities, significant advances were achieved in children's relationships, promoting in teachers the intention to offer experiences that would allow transforming the dynamics that are carried out within the classroom to generate a more meaningful learning and with more respect.

Fortalecer la sana convivencia de los niños de primero del Gimnasio Americano Emmanuel a través de actividades lúdicas y significativas que permita su adecuado desarrollo personal, social y pedagógico.
