Abstract
La presente Revisión Sistemática de Literatura (RSL) tiene por objetivo establecer el estado de la cuestión respecto al acoso laboral y sexual en las organizaciones Latinoamericanas. El método que se utilizó se clasifica en cuatro fases, la investigación del estudio de tipo documental, descriptivo y de revisión bibliográfica. Dentro de los hallazgos, se identificó las desventajas y afectaciones que se pueden presentar en las organizaciones debido a esta práctica, así como los mayores conceptos utilizados en cada una de las investigaciones. Otro resultado fue el tipo de estudio que se desarrolló con mayor prevalencia, de igual forma, se identificó cuáles fueron los instrumentos de recolección de la información, los sujetos participantes y los principales hallazgos. En conclusión, los hallazgos demuestran el impacto negativo del acoso laboral y sexual que ha existido en el mundo organizacional, perjudicando al personal, en especial al género femenino, desencadenando riesgos psicosociales, tales como, estrés, conductas intimidantes, enfermedades físicas y psicológicas en las victimas.
The objective of this Systematic Literature Review (RSL) is to establish the state of the art regarding workplace and sexual harassment in Latin American organizations. The method used is classified into four phases, the research of the study of a documentary, descriptive and bibliographic review type. Among the findings, the disadvantages and effects that can occur in organizations due to this practice were identified, as well as the main concepts used in each of the investigations. Another result was the type of study that was developed with the highest prevalence, likewise, the instruments for collecting the information, the participating subjects and the main findings were identified. In conclusion, the findings demonstrate the negative impact of workplace and sexual harassment that has existed in the organizational world, harming staff, especially the female gender, triggering psychosocial risks
