In addition, this tool allowed the organization to identify in which areas the greatest hazards are concentrated, in order to direct activities aimed at eliminating or reducing the degree of the present risks. The Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) documentation was developed, establishing the policy and objectives of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) to establish the company's commitment to implementing its OHSMS for occupational risk management. The legal requirements matrix was developed, compiling Colombian laws, resolutions, decrees, and technical standards applicable to the company, consistent with its specific or inherent activities. Different formats and procedures were also designed to record its implementation and monitoring. Finally, an annual Occupational Health and Safety work plan was established to identify goals, responsibilities, resources, and a schedule of activities.
