Abstract
This paper reports the systematisation experience of a financial inclusion and education programme aimed at micro-entrepreneurs in communes 7 and 8 of the Juan Atalaya neighborhood in Cúcuta. Throughout the process, we analysed how the company manages its financial education strategies, how effective they have been and what factors have influenced their results. The organisational structure was also reviewed, detailing the roles and functions of the different positions, from management to operational, in order to understand how internal work is organised. In addition, recruitment and selection policies were studied, identifying the criteria used to attract and select the most suitable staff. In the end, this systematisation not only documented what was learned, but also helped to identify improvements that can make the programme more effective, achieving a greater impact in the community and optimising the way it develops within the company.
