Abstract
En la IEM Cundinamarca de Zipaquirá los conflictos y el bajo rendimiento en los procesos dentro de la organización se centran relacionado con la mala organización en los procesos internos, la mala distribución de las labores, el constante cambio de actividades, la sobre carga laboral y la asignación de tareas que no son correspondientes al manual de funciones, al igual que situaciones relacionadas con malas actitudes, comportamiento y grosería entre compañeros, en algunas ocasiones esta situación se presenta y se intensifica por descuido del jefe inmediato que no le da la importancia y la relevancia que merece esta situación, en algunos casos se afecta el clima organizacional por contratación de personas no competentes para el desarrollo de las funciones, el desconocimiento de la ley, constante contacto con otras personas, conflicto entre compañeros. El objetivo principal es analizar las causas que están generando un mal clima organizacional en la IEM Cundinamarca y proponer alternativas o estrategias de mejora para un mejor impacto en los resultados de desempeño. Se vio necesario determinar las variables y el tipo de clima organizacional que se lleva en la organización, con este análisis se obtiene un escenario más completo y un panorama más amplio del objeto de la investigación, se desarrolla con un enfoque cuantitativo, la población fue de tipo censal de once (11) colaboradores de la organización, la técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta de preguntas cerradas.
At the IEM Cundinamarca in Zipaquirá, conflicts and poor performance in processes within the organization are centered on the poor organization of internal processes, poor distribution of tasks, constant change of activities, work overload and assignment of tasks that do not correspond to the job description, as well as situations related to bad attitudes, behavior and rudeness among colleagues. Sometimes this situation occurs and intensifies due to the carelessness of the immediate boss who does not give the importance and relevance that this situation deserves. In some cases, the organizational climate is affected by the hiring of people who are not competent to carry out the functions, ignorance of the law, constant contact with other people, conflict between colleagues. The main objective is to analyze the causes that are generating a bad organizational climate at the IEM Cundinamarca and propose alternatives or improvement strategies for a better impact on performance results. Initially, it was necessary to determine the variables and the type of organizational climate that exists in the organization, determining the evaluation and control factors that the entity has and the perception that the collaborators have regarding the subject. With this analysis we can determine the possible causes that are generating a bad organizational climate, obtaining a more complete scenario and a broader panorama for the project. A technical study of the work environment in the organization is carried out, detecting its deficiencies. A measurement system can be defined and executed to identify the areas with the greatest negative impact through tools and software for data coding and analysis
