Abstract
El presente trabajo sistematiza la experiencia de mi práctica profesional desarrollada en el marco de la humanización en la E.S.E. Hospital Salazar de Villeta, en articulación con el Programa de Psicología de la Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios. El objetivo principal fue el diseño e implementación de estrategias de regulación emocional para pacientes hospitalizados y sus acompañantes, mediante la integración de intervenciones psicológicas basadas en el arte, como respuesta orientada a la estabilización de sensaciones de estrés y ansiedad derivadas del contexto hospitalario. La metodología implementada corresponde al modelo praxeológico de Carlos Juliao (2011), el cual plantea cuatro momentos: ver, juzgar, actuar y devolución creativa, que permiten un análisis crítico y reflexivo del ejercicio profesional desarrollado. A partir de este proceso de análisis, se evidenció que las estrategias artísticas implementadas resultan efectivas para fomentar el bienestar emocional de los usuarios, así como para fortalecer una atención hospitalaria humanizada.
This paper systematizes the experience of my professional internship developed within the framework of humanization at the E.S.E. Hospital Salazar de Villeta, in articulation with the Psychology Program of the Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios. The main objective was the design and implementation of emotional regulation strategies for hospitalized patients and their caregivers, through the integration of art-based psychological interventions, as a response aimed at stabilizing feelings of stress and anxiety derived from the hospital context. The methodology implemented corresponds to the praxeological model proposed by Carlos Juliao (2011), which establishes four stages: observing, judging, acting, and creative feedback. These stages allow for a critical and reflective analysis of the professional practice carried out. Based on this analytical process, it was evidenced that the implemented artistic strategies are effective in promoting users’ emotional well-being, as well as in strengthening humanized hospital care
