Abstract
El proyecto investigativo está enfocado en analizar la factibilidad a la hora de crear una IPS de mascotas en la ciudad de Ibagué Tolima, a continuación, encontraron la investigación implementada y el desarrollo de los objetivos donde se planteará lo que se desea lograr y el alcance deseado. Así mismo, se visualizarán algunas tablas con su debida interpretación y análisis, por último, se plantea una encuesta básica como primer paso hacia las exigencias del mercado y las necesidades de la demanda, encaminadas siempre en el desarrollo de los objetivos.
De tal manera, Mundo Animal nace frente a una necesidad que tienen hoy en día muchos hogares de nuestro país, enfocándonos especialmente en la ciudad de Ibagué, donde se prestara accesibles servicios y cuidados para las mascotas que lo necesiten. Así pues, miles de hogares podrán pagar y disfrutar de un buen servicio y atención animal.
Se llevará acabo el desarrollo de este proyecto basado en una problemática previamente encontrada, logrando construir unos objetivos claves que serán de ayuda para la investigación y desarrollo para la creación de la IPS para mascotas; Por esto se realizara un estudio que permita evaluar diferentes indicadores que determine la viabilidad financiera de este proyecto. Por lo cual permita su implementación y lograr el objetivo principal de cómo ayudar a muchos hogares y pensando en la vida de aquellos animales que pasan necesidades o que por algún motivo fueron abandonados o maltratados.
Dicho proyecto nace como iniciativa del equipo de trabajo, que pretenden aprovechar esa necesidad que nace frente a una problemática mundial, revisando cifras e investigando según Gantiva (2022), “casi 2.000 animales, entre perros y gatos, están en fundaciones e
instituciones públicas a la espera de ser amparados, varios de ellos llegaron después de la pandemia.”, como se puede evidenciar muchas mascotas (perros y gatos) después de pandemia fueron abandonados por cuestión netamente económica y por aquellas familias que no pudieron brindarle un hogar digno.
Así mismo, el proyecto tiene como fin ofrecer planes de salud con diferentes coberturas, buscando la flexibilidad y accesibilidad económica para la mayoría de los usuarios. Los precios de establecidos para cada plan estarán basados en diferentes aspectos (edad, peso, tamaño) ya que dependiendo de estas características y necesidades varía el plan a adquirir.
Dentro de los objetivos también se explicarán los servicios que la IPS para mascotas prestará a sus usuarios, el equipo de trabajo que requerirá para prestar el servicio, allí se indicarán los cargos, el manual tanto de funciones como de salarios, por ultimo las instalaciones y materiales que se necesitarán para realizar la actividad principal de la IPS.
Como último objetivo se analizará la factibilidad financiera, teniendo en cuenta la proyección tanto de ingresos y gastos; el tiempo estará determinado a los requerimientos y necesidades que se encuentren a lo largo de la realización del proyecto.
Por último, se encontrarán todas aquellas conclusiones y recomendaciones que sean pertinentes para el entendiendo y progreso de este y varios proyectos, en función de la implementación de la investigación y el éxito del mismo.
The research project is focused on analyzing the feasibility when creating an IPS for pets in the city of Ibague Tolima, then they found the implemented research and the development of the objectives where what is to be achieved and the desired scope will be considered. . Likewise, some tables will be displayed with their proper interpretation and analysis, finally, a basic survey is proposed as the first step towards the demands of the market and the needs of the demand, always aimed at the development of the objectives. In this way, Mundo Animal was born in response to a need that many homes in our country have today, focusing especially on the city of Ibagué, where accessible services and care for pets that need it will be provided. Thus, thousands of households will be able to pay and enjoy good service and animal care. The development of this project will be carried out based on a previously found problem, managing to build some key objectives that will be helpful for research and development for the creation of the IPS for pets; For this reason, a study will be carried out to evaluate different indicators that determine the financial viability of this project. Therefore, it allows its implementation and achieves the main objective of how to help many homes and thinking about the lives of those animals that are in need or that for some reason were abandoned or mistreated. Said project was born as an initiative of the work team, which intends to take advantage of this need that arises in the face of a global problem, reviewing figures and investigating according to Gantiva (2022), "almost 2,000 animals, including dogs and cats, are in foundations and public institutions through waiting to be protected, several of them 15 arrived after the pandemic.” As can be seen, many pets (dogs and cats) were abandoned after the pandemic for purely economic reasons and by those families who could not provide them with a decent home. Likewise, the purpose of the project is to offer health plans with different coverages, seeking flexibility and economic accessibility for the majority of users. The prices established for each plan will be based on different aspects (age, weight, size) since depending on these characteristics and needs the plan to be purchased varies. Within the objectives, the services that the IPS for pets will provide to its users will also be explained, the work team that will be required to provide the service, the positions will be indicated there, the manual of both functions and salaries, finally the facilities and materials that will be needed to carry out the main activity of the IPS. As the last objective, the financial feasibility will be analyzed, taking into account the projection of both income and expenses; the time will be determined by the requirements and needs that are found throughout the completion of the project. Finally, all those conclusions and recommendations that are pertinent for the understanding and progress of this and various projects will be found, depending on the implementation of the research and its success.

Proponer el desarrollo e implementación de una IPS para mascotas que permita adquirir en línea o presencial los servicios de cuidado de las mascotas, de tal manera que, permita agilidad en la transacción, respuesta inmediata y cobertura, garantizando una operación justa y con grandes beneficios.
