La seguridad vial es un aspecto fundamental para todas las organizaciones del país, ya que es un requisito legal de estricto cumplimiento que crea un marco integral para la seguridad vial en Colombia. Este plan se centra en acciones, mecanismos, estrategias y medidas para mejorar la seguridad vial, priorizar la protección de los usuarios y reducir la siniestralidad vial. Por este motivo implementar un plan estratégico de seguridad vial cobra una importancia ya que permite estructurar de una manera más organizada y establecer buenas prácticas en el ámbito de la seguridad vial. El objetivo principal de esta sistematización es lograr generar la documentación y lineamientos necesarios para la implementación efectiva del plan estratégico de seguridad vial en la compañía Biako Seguridad Ltda., A fin de cumplir con este objetivo nos hemos basado en la metodología que nos da la resolución 20223040040595 de 2022, en donde se analizaran las distintas fases establecidas según el ciclo PHVA y pasos que nos ayudaran a la elaboración de los documentos que supla la necesidad y los requisitos legales que debe cumplir la empresa. Es así, como se inició con el desarrollo de una evaluación para analizar el nivel de diseño en el que nos debemos centrar y estado actual de la compañía. Este documento permitirá cumplir el objetivo principal, el cual está enfocado en suplir necesidad de la documentación necesaria y completa, a fin de brindar una herramienta a la compañía para que pueda gestionar e implementar el Plan Estratégico de Seguridad Vial, logrando el cumplimiento de indicadores y por supuesto contribuyendo al bienestar general de los empleados de Biako Seguridad Ltda.
Road safety is a fundamental aspect for all organizations in the country, since it is a legal requirement with strict compliance that creates a comprehensive framework for road safety in Colombia. This plan focuses on actions, mechanisms, strategies and measures to improve road safety, prioritize the protection of users and reduce road accidents. For this reason, implementing a strategic road safety plan becomes important since it allows for structuring in a more organized way and establishing good practices in the field of road safety. The main objective of this systematization is to generate the necessary documentation and guidelines for the effective implementation of the strategic road safety plan in the company Biako Seguridad Ltda. In order to meet this objective, we have based ourselves on the methodology given to us by the resolution 20223040040595 de 2022, where the different phases established according to the PHVA cycle and steps that will help us prepare the documents that meet the need and legal requirements that the company must meet will be analyzed. This is how it began with the development of an evaluation to analyze the level of design on which we should focus and the current state of the company. This document will allow us to fulfill the main objective, which is focused on meeting the need for the necessary and complete documentation, in order to provide a tool to the company so that it can manage and implement the Strategic Road Safety Plan, achieving compliance with indicators and of course contributing to the general well-being of the employees of Biako Seguridad Ltda
