Abstract
La valoración financiera es importante porque ayuda a estimar el valor real de una empresa y mostrar el comportamiento ha tenido durante un periodo seleccionado, por ello, el objetivo de esta investigación es realizar una valoración financiera a la empresa Permoda limitada durante los años 2018 al 2022. Se utilizó un enfoque mixto con la técnica análisis documental para aplicar los distintos métodos de valoración para así identificar, analizar y establecer su comportamiento. Dentro de los hallazgos se resalta que la empresa está destruyendo valor para el año 2022 debido al aumento de la deuda a corto y largo plazo, también perdió liquidez y redujo su rentabilidad. Se concluye que es importante realizar una valoración financiera para evidenciar el estado actual de una empresa, y así tomar decisiones acertadas para su mejora.
Financial valuation is important because it helps estimate the real value of a company and show the behavior it has had during a selected period, therefore, the objective of this research is to carry out a financial valuation of the company Permoda limited during the years 2018 to 2022. A mixed approach was used with the analysis technique documentary to apply the different valuation methods in order to identify, analyze and establish their behavior. Among the findings it is highlighted that the company is destroying valued for the year 2022 due to the increase in short and long-term debt, also it lost liquidity and reduced its profitability. It is concluded that it is important to carry out a financial valuation to show the current state of a company, and thus take correct decisions for improvement
