Abstract
Mediante la temática seleccionada que hace referencia al comportamiento del consumidor de las
comunas 2,3 y 7 de Villavicencio, que influyen en su decisión de compra ya sea en los fruvers o
en la central de abastos estudio que comprende el periodo 2015-2018. Se buscó realizar un
diagnóstico de la situación actual que permitió conocer las expectativas del consumidor
adquiriendo los productos en los fruvers en la ciudad de Villavicencio; establecer los enfoques de
gestión emprendedora, comercial y gerencial del servicio; como alternativa de la competitividad
en el mercado local; determinar procesos y elementos que pueda aplicarse a los centros de acopio
(Fruvers - Central de Abastos de Villavicencio) para alcanzar competitividad y productividad
comercial. La metodología que se aplicó demandó del tipo de investigación descriptiva, enfoque
cuantitativo y método inductivo
Through the selected theme that refers to the consumer behavior of the Villavicencio communes 2, 3 and 7, which influences their purchase decision either in the fruvers or in the study supply center comprising the 2015-2018 period. It was sought to make a diagnosis of the current situation that had knowledge of the expectations of the consumer acquiring the products in the fruvers in the city of Villavicencio; establish the approaches of entrepreneurial, commercial and managerial management of the service; as an alternative to competitiveness in the local market; determine processes and elements that may be necessary for the collection centers (Fruvers - Central de Abastos de Villavicencio) to achieve competitiveness and commercial productivity. The methodology that was applied demanded of the type of descriptive research, quantitative approach and inductive method.

las Comunas 2, 3 y 7 del municipio de Villavicencio, para realizar sus compras en los Fruver o
en la Central de Abastos.
