Abstract
Este proyecto tiene como objetivo evaluar la factibilidad para la creación de un
restaurante que ofrezca opciones de comida saludable en la ciudad de Ibagué, con el propósito de
abordar las tendencias de estilo de vida saludable y generar un impacto económico local. Para
llevar a cabo esta evaluación, se ha implementado la metodología de formulación de proyectos
en tres fases distintas.
En la primera fase, se realizó un análisis metodológico e investigativo integral,
complementado por un estudio de mercado que incorporó encuestas para analizar la demanda
potencial del mercado, evaluar la competencia existente y definir el perfil del público objetivo.
La segunda fase se centra en aspectos técnicos y financieros esenciales. Se evalúa la
infraestructura necesaria, los procesos operativos y la viabilidad de implementar las actividades
propuestas en el proyecto, para garantizar una ejecución eficiente y efectiva de las operaciones
del restaurante. La tercera y última fase concluye con un análisis financiero que respalda la
factibilidad del proyecto. Se destacan indicadores clave, como la TIR del 39,28%, una VAN de
$551.932.751 y un índice Costo/Beneficio de 1,1. Estos resultados refuerzan la viabilidad
económica del proyecto.
This project aims to assess the feasibility of creating a restaurant that offers healthy food options in the city of Ibagué, with the purpose of addressing healthy lifestyle trends and generating a local economic impact. To carry out this evaluation, the project has implemented the project formulation methodology in three distinct phases. In the first phase, a comprehensive methodological and investigative analysis was conducted, complemented by a market study that included surveys to analyze the potential market demand, assess existing competition, and define the profile of the target audience. The second phase focuses on essential technical and financial aspects. It evaluates the necessary infrastructure, operational processes, and the feasibility of implementing the proposed activities in the project to ensure an efficient and effective execution of the restaurant's operations. The third and final phase concludes with a financial analysis that supports the project's feasibility. Key indicators, such as a 39.28% Internal Rate of Return (IRR), a Net Present Value (NPV) of $551,932,751, and a Cost/Benefit ratio of 1.1, are highlighted. These results reinforce the economic viability of the project.
