Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar los efectos del estrés laboral producido por la pandemia del Covid 19 en un grupo de docentes de un colegio del municipio de Guacari-Valle del Cauca. En ese sentido, se plantearon objetivos específicos, para conocer las características sociodemográficas del grupo de docentes objeto de estudio, establecer los factores de riesgo de los docentes durante la pandemia del covid-19, determinar los efectos físicos producidos por el estrés laboral en el grupo de docentes estudiados y plantear una propuesta de mejora en las condiciones de trabajo para disminuir el estrés laboral en los docentes. Metodológicamente, se desarrolló como diseño con enfoque cuantitativo y tipo descriptivo, la muestra estuvo compuesta por 8 docentes de la institución educativa. Los instrumentos de recolección de la información la encuesta y la lista de chequeo. Dentro de los principales resultados se tuvo que el estrés laboral en las condiciones de trabajo está dado por las condiciones locativas y psicosociales. Igualmente, se encontró que los factores físicos y mentales que están generando estrés laboral están asociados a las características sociodemográficas de las docentes.
The general objective of this research work was to determine the effects of work stress produced by the Covid 19 pandemic in a group of teachers from a school in the municipality of GuacariValle del Cauca. In this sense, specific objectives were proposed, to know the sociodemographic characteristics of the group of teachers under study, establish the risk factors of teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic, determine the physical effects produced by work stress in the group of teachers studied and propose a proposal for improvement in working conditions to reduce work stress in teachers. Methodologically, it was developed as a design with a qualitative and descriptive approach, the sample was composed of 8 teachers from the educational institution. The instruments for collecting the information the survey and the checklist. Among the main results, work stress in working conditions is given by locative and psychosocial conditions. Likewise, it was found that the physical and mental factors that are generating work stress are associated with the sociodemographic characteristics of the teachers.
