Abstract
Las organizaciones sociales son el núcleo de los procesos de emancipación comunitaria, puesto
que permiten asegurar las bases de sentido y acción en torno a la transformación social arraigada al
sentir colectivo de necesidades, deseos e intereses que generan movimientos colectivos. Es así como
este proyecto tiene por objetivo general: promover el desarrollo de habilidades investigativas y
analíticas desde el marco de la Investigación Acción Participativa [en adelante IAP], que favorezcan el
empoderamiento y la movilización social en mujeres rurales.
El proyecto se desarrolló en el año 2022 durante los meses de abril a julio, con la organización
comunitaria Mujeres Emprendedoras de Paz, entre ellas, jóvenes, adultas y adultas mayores, que
habitan la vereda Los Ángeles ubicada en el corregimiento de Santa Bárbara. En los talleres se contó
con la participación en promedio de 10 mujeres por sesión, es importante resaltar que la asistencia del
grupo en el proceso fue fluctuante.
