Abstract
El acompañamiento que realizan los tutores y tutoras de UNIMINUTO juega un papel fundamental en la formación de profesionales en los diferentes programas de la institución. En este estudio se profundiza en la posición docente, concepto que refiere a los modos en que quienes enseñan asumen, viven y piensan su tarea. En ese sentido el objetivo general de la investigación es analizar la posición docente que asumen algunos tutores y tutoras, del programa de psicología de UNIMINUTO Pasto, frente al acompañamiento tutorial desde el modelo praxeológico. El método bajo el cual se desarrolla la investigación es cualitativo, con la participación de cuatro personas vinculadas como tutores/as en el año 2021 periodo 1, y se utilizó la entrevista como instrumento de recolección de datos.
The accompaniment provided by the UNIMINUTO tutors plays a fundamental role in the training of professionals in the different programs of the institution. This study delves into the teaching position, a concept that refers to the ways in which those who teach assume, live and think about their task. In this sense, the general objective of the research is to analyze the teaching position assumed by some tutors, from the UNIMINUTO Pasto psychology program, compared to the tutorial accompaniment from the praxeological model.
