Abstract
La crisis sanitaria mundial causada por la pandemia del SARS CoV2, obligó a
reestructurar la dinámica social, esto conllevó a un quebranto en la salud mental de las personas,
desencadenados por los desafíos que implica el distanciamiento social, hábitos de vida,
educativo, familiar y laboral , teniendo en cuenta las condiciones del aislamiento social
preventivo, por cuanto los seres humanos somos sociables por naturaleza, suscrito desde el
contacto con otros seres humanos, la cotidianidad, el interactuar que fortalecía un derecho
inherente en los derechos humanos que es la libre motricidad , el contar con esa libertad hacia
instaurar un sentimiento de control en nuestras vidas. En este sentido, surge el interés por
identificar como estos cambios incidieron en la Salud Mental, y nace el presente proyecto
investigativo cuyo objetivo está planeado para beneficiar a la comunidad académica
UNIMINUTO en forma general y al programa de Psicología UNIMINUTO de manera particular,
permitiendo un abordaje científico desde los resultados de la investigación que posibilite
conocer, signos de alarma presentes en la Salud Mental, ocasionados por la crisis sanitaria con
ocasión de la pandemia COVID – 19.
Durante la investigación fue necesaria profundizar en la revisión sistemática de estudios
en los dos últimos años en Latinoamérica, que contempla los estudios de Salud Mental,
pandemia y género que posibilite una identificación de las posibles consecuencias generadas por
la pandemia en torno a la Salud Mental con perspectiva de género.
The global health crisis caused by the SARS CoV2 pandemic forced a restructuring of social dynamics, which led to changes that affected a breakdown in people’s mental health, triggered by the challenges of social distancing, lifestyles, education, family and work habits, taking into account the conditions of isolation, because human beings are sociable by nature, subscribed from contact with other human beings, everyday life, interacting that strengthened a right inherent in human rights that is “free movement”, to have that freedom to establish a feeling of control in our lives. In this sense, there is an interest in identifying how these changes affected Mental Health, and this research project was born. The objective of this project is planned to benefit the academic community UNIMINUTO in general and the psychology program UNIMINUTO in particular, allowing a scientific approach based on the results of the research that makes it possible to understand which elements, signs, symptoms or sequelae were established. in Mental Health due to the health crisis caused by the COVID – 19 pandemic. During the research, it was necessary to deepen the systematic review of studies in the last two years in Latin America, which includes studies on Mental Health, Pandemic and Gender, in order to identify the possible consequences generated by the pandemic around Mental Health from a gender perspective. For this reason, we compare the systematic review of scientific articles in Spanish, in Latin America, in which the concept of Mental Health, Containment Effects, with a gender perspective, addressed from the problem of COVID-19 regarding the impact of mental health with gender lenses.
