Abstract
En este documento se relata el proceso de la experiencia al desarrollar
Sistematización de la experiencia reconstrucción de tejido social con enfoque de género a
partir de la reestructuración de la mesa municipal de la mujer.
La reestructuración de la mesa municipal de la mujer, un proyecto planificado y
ejecutado a partir de la práctica profesional en el campo de la psicología social, realizada en
la Administración municipal de Linares desde el programa de género, donde se pudo
evidenciar desde las vivencias de las mujeres las falencias que presentaba el
funcionamiento de la mesa municipal de la mujer desde que fue creada en el año 2014.
Para su reestructuración se realizó un trabajo articulado en donde se trabajó su
empoderamiento autoestima y autoconfianza, inmersión a los temas de género y derechos
humanos y ruta integral de atención dando paso a través de este proceso reconstrucción de
tejido social con enfoque de género.
En el proceso de la sistematización se logró registrar las actividades realizadas
dando cuenta de la importancia del trabajo para la implementación de equidad de género
en la reconstrucción de tejido social que permitieron analizar y contrastar los resultados de
esta experiencia con fundamentos teóricos relacionados con enfoque de género.
This document reports the process of the experience in developing systematization of the experience, reconstruction of social fabric with a gender approach from the restructuring of the municipal women's table. The restructuring of the municipal table for women, a project planned and executed from professional practice in the field of social psychology, carried out in the Municipal Administration of Linares from the gender program, where it was possible to demonstrate the shortcomings that it presented the operation of the municipal women's board since it was created in 2014. For its restructuring, an articulated work was carried out where their empowerment, self-esteem and self-confidence, immersion in gender and human rights issues and a comprehensive care route were worked on giving way through this process reconstruction of the social fabric with a gender approach. In the systematization process, it was possible to record the activities carried out, realizing the importance of the work for the implementation of gender equity in the construction of the social fabric, which allowed analyzing and contrasting the results of this experience with theoretical foundations related to the reconstruction of social fabric with a gender approach.
