Abstract
Actualmente en Colombia, las políticas laborales se rigen por el Decreto Único
Reglamentario del Sector Trabajo, el Decreto 1072 de 2015, el cual instituye los derechos
y deberes que se le atribuyen tanto al empleado como al empleador. Haciendo referencia
al empleador el deber de velar por la integridad física y mental, de cada uno de sus
trabajadores , por lo tanto es netamente importante que dentro de cualquier organización
ya sea de carácter públicas o privadas, cuenten con un Sistema de Gestión de la
Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST), según como lo dicta el presente Decreto,
(Titulo 4: “Riesgos Laborales”, Capitulo 6: “Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en
el Trabajo”), dentro de los mecanismos que compone el SG-SST, en el Articulo 2.2.4.6.25
se realza la importancia en el manejo de emergencias como lo es; el plan de prevención,
preparación y respuesta a emergencias, el cual es el método de respuesta ante
situaciones de emergencia interna o externa que se puedan presentar en las instalaciones,
afectando actividades laborales, equipos, pero sobre todo al personal de trabajo y
visitantes que se encuentren en ese instante en la empresa. Este documento presenta
todos los factores de riesgo y amenazas, que se puedan presentar de tipo natural,
personal, social, tecnológico en la empresa de nombre empresa distribuciones punto y
fama S.A.S sede Niza ubicada en la ciudad Cúcuta, esta información es utilizada para el
diseño y elaboración de un plan de prevención, preparación y respuesta a emergencias,
conforme al Decreto 1072 de 2015, con base un análisis mixto en la recolección e
interpretación de la información por medio de un análisis en sitio, análisis de riesgos
general y de información impartida por parte de la empresa.
This project focused on the development of the emergency prevention, preparation and response plan for Distribuciones Punto y Fama S.A.S., at the Nice headquarters, its design was based on three objectives, Identify the threats of the company Distribuciones Punto y Fama S.A.S., in the Niza point of sale, which may generate an emergency inside and outside the establishment. Carry out the vulnerability analysis and assessment of the level of risk in each hazard situation. Establish the actions, procedures and area managers to provide a timely response to emergency situations at the Nice point of sale, the type of research used was a mixed descriptive design, in which risk factors to which they are exposed were established. collaborators, clients and contractors, the first objective was developed with the risk diamond methodology, where risk factors were observed to then evaluate the threats of natural, social and technological origin, in which threats were identified in the three aspects such as probable, in the second objective several strategies were generated according to the threats that were identified based on current legal regulations and the third and last objective was to establish operational plans according to earthquakes, thefts and fires. In this way, the threats were identified and the emergency and contingency plan was carried out so that the personnel at the Nice headquarters know what the evacuation routes are, emergency elements (first aid kit, fire extinguisher, stretcher), and the procedures to be followed. time to evacuate at the time of an accident
