Abstract
La investigación propuesta busca describir la aceptación o percepción del
autocuidado por parte de los colaboradores de la empresa RESPLANDOR
SERVICIOS S.A.S en el desarrollo de sus actividades; debido a que la falta de
concientización del personal acerca de la importancia del cumplimiento de sus
responsabilidades en seguridad y salud en el trabajo como el uso de elementos de
protección personal, la participación en actividades de capacitación, el reporte de
condiciones y actos inseguros entre otros; han generado una alta tasa de
accidentalidad y el aumento en el desarrollo de enfermedades laborales, que en
consecuencia impactan negativamente la empresa por los altos costos derivados por
el ausentismo o el incumplimiento en la prestación de los servicios; por esta razón
mediante la aplicación de conceptos teóricos de la normatividad relacionada con
seguridad y salud en el trabajo, prevención de riesgos laborales, mejoramiento de
actos o condiciones inseguras y otros factores los estudiantes investigadores
esperan brindarle un acompañamiento a la organización y al personal para disminuir
el ausentismo laboral y fortalecer el autocuidado de manera que se influya
positivamente para mantener la salud y disminuir la falta de conciencia en la
población trabajadora de la empresa RESPLANDOR SERVICIOS S.A.S.
Este proyecto permitirá como especialistas de riesgos laborales encontrar
alternativas de solución a las causas por las cuales los trabajadores no le dan la
importancia necesaria al autocuidado y a la implementación de una cultura de
seguridad y salud en el trabajo; además de generar programas y/o planes de acción
que se puedan aplicar a este tipo de organizaciones que requieran favorecer la
aceptación de las actividades y responsabilidades de los trabajadores por convicción
y no como una obligación.

In the present investigation, a semi-structured survey instrument will be applied to identify how the workers of Resplandor Servicios S.A.S. They recognize the occupational risks to which they are exposed daily in their work and which in turn will allow us to know the importance they give to self-care in order to generate a self-care booklet that serves as a didactic tool in the induction and re-induction of personnel to strengthen their interest in taking care of themselves and preventing incidents, accidents and work-related illnesses. Starting from the information on work absenteeism for the year 2022 and reference for the year 2021 and the results of the survey, we will analyze the level of knowledge and importance that workers give to self-care and occupational risks for the prevention of accidents and that they enjoy good health. health, to establish awareness methods and raise awareness about the benefits of well-being in your life. The research will allow to establish strategies that make the worker aware both in the administrative and operational part to strengthen self-care and minimize the risks of accidents and absenteeism, establishing in the booklet a guide and orientation of how they work from their job and position profile. They can contribute to well-being and prevention by working in partnership with the company from a timely communication of any situation that may affect them with the purpose of obtaining well-being both in their work activities as well as in their personal life.
