Producción científica sobre daño psicológico en policías activos: ¿Quiénes publican?

Abstract

Este artículo resalta la importancia de la Policía Nacional de Colombia, la cual se encarga de velar por la seguridad ciudadana y garantizar el cumplimiento de normas sociales para la protección de los derechos humanos de esta manera, centra su objeto de estudio en identificar por medio de un estudio bibliométrico los indicadores personales de autores que han investigado sobre el daño psicológico que pueden sufrir los policías dentro de las instituciones en sus diferentes áreas donde se desempeñan, y cómo estas implicaciones pueden llegar a afectar el círculo social del policía y el entorno que lo rodea, reconociendo los altos niveles de estrés al que se ven expuestos. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, se reconoce a través de la investigación que el policía adquiere daño psíquico y otro tipo de afectaciones no solo a nivel mental, sino que, además, físico, laboral, social y familiar; así mismo se logró identificar que la tendencia a escribir sobre este tema está en un mayor porcentaje orientado al sexo femenino en comparación con el masculino.

This article highlights the importance of the National Police of Colombia, which is in charge of ensuring citizen security and guaranteeing compliance with social norms for the protection of human rights. In this way, it focuses its object of study on identifying through a bibliometric study the personal indicators of authors who have investigated the psychological damage that police officers can suffer within the institutions in their different areas where they work, and how these implications can affect the social circle of the police officer and the environment that surrounds him around them, recognizing the high levels of stress to which they are exposed. Taking into account the above, it is recognized through the investigation that the police officer acquires psychological damage and other types of affectations not only at a mental level, but also at a physical, work, social and family level; Likewise, it was possible to identify that the tendency to write on this topic is in a higher percentage oriented to the female sex compared to the male
