Abstract
El riesgo químico es muy evidente en el sector agroindustrial específicamente en el desarrollo de las actividades fitosanitarias afectando gravemente la salud y el ambiente. Por lo anteriormente expuesto se hace necesario el diseño de un Protocolo de Manipulación de Productos Químicos para la Prevención de Accidentes y Enfermedades en las Actividades Fitosanitarias. Por medio de este proyecto se identifica el peligro químico de los productos utilizados y las practicas efectuadas con el fin de anticiparse a los efectos negativos, seguidamente se crea un protocolo de manipulación de productos químicos para la prevención de accidentes y enfermedades. Se realizó un estudio descriptivo, con enfoque mixto dirigido a la asociación de palmeros de la vizcaína baja, dedicada a la producción de fruto de palma de aceite.
The chemical risk is very evident in the agro-industrial sector, specifically in the development of phytosanitary activities, seriously affecting health and the environment. Due to the above, it is necessary to design a Protocol for the Handling of Chemical Products for the Prevention of Accidents and Diseases in Phytosanitary Activities. Through this project, the chemical danger of the products used and the practices carried out in order to anticipate the negative effects are identified, then a protocol for handling chemical products is created for the prevention of accidents and diseases. A descriptive study was carried out, with a mixed approach, directed to the association of palm growers of the lower Biscay, dedicated to the production of oil palm fruit.
