Abstract
El presente trabajo de grado es una investigación que evidencia la importancia y utilidad que tendría para el área de Recursos Humanos del consorcio PTAR San Silvestre la de la herramienta de Balanced Scorecard-BSC o Cuadro de Mando Integral-CMI, como instrumento que permitiría optimizar de manera continua los procesos de selección y contratación, la calidad del reclutamiento, clima laboral, evaluación de desempeño, entre otros, generando así un impacto positivo en los distintos equipos de trabajo para que se logre una efectiva articulación entre la misión del consorcio y la ejecución de la obra, teniendo siempre en cuenta que el talento humano es el mayor activo de las organizaciones.
