Abstract
En el presente trabajo, se propone una guía de buenas prácticas de seguridad y salud de trabajo para la prevención de los accidentes de trabajo ocurridos en la empresa GN Proyectos SAS, luego de realizar un análisis a 17 accidentes de trabajo ocurridos en e periodo 2017 al 2022, en el cual se identificaron las causas básicas e inmediatas que produjeron esos accidentes y en base a estos se propone la guía de buenas practicas de SST.
The objective of this study was to identify and analyze the basic causes of the accidents that occurred in the GN Proyectos S.A.S, presented in the period 2017-2022. Therefore, it was identified that the most common causes of accidents were due to little experience in the position, lack of knowledge to perform a task, little training in the activities in charge, among others, at the same time it was identified that the personnel that was more exposed was the new personnel to the company, therefore a design of good practices was proposed to the company taking into account the results obtained, establishing strategies for the minimization and prevention of accidents at work in the company GN Proyectos S.A.S.
