Derechos Humanos, Cultura Política y Organizaciones sociales: representaciones sociales tejidas desde Ciudad Bolívar, Bogotá D.C.

Abstract

El presente libro es resultado del proyecto investigativo “Representaciones sociales sobre derechos humanos y cultura política en doce organizaciones sociales de base de Ciudad Bolívar, Bogotá.”, financiado por la Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios - UNIMINUTO, en el marco de la “Convocatoria de investigación científica y creación artística” realizada en 2020 y en convenio con la Corporación de Trabajo Comunitario Inti Tekoa. Se indaga reflexivamente sobre los mecanismos a través de los cuales las organizaciones sociales en los territorios, en su quehacer colectivo, construyen los sentidos y significados que atraviesan sus prácticas discursivas. La acción colectiva que movilizan los sujetos se desarrolla en los márgenes de lo instituido y lo instituyente, por ende, se tejen en la tensión entre lo social y lo político; lo político se socializa y lo social se politiza. Los derechos humanos y la cultura política se constituyen en uno de los vórtices de dicha tensión, favoreciendo la emergencia de cartografías que enriquecen el conocimiento del mundo social.

This book is the result of a research project named: “Social representations on human rights and political culture in twelve grassroots social organizations of Ciudad Bolívar, Bogotá.” Funded by the Minuto de Dios University Corporation, within the framework of the Call for Scientific Research and Artistic Creation held in 2020 and in agreement with the Inti Tekoa Community Work Corporation. Reflexively, it investigates the mechanisms through social organizations, in their collective work, build the senses and meanings in the territories that permeate their discursive practices. The collective action that the subjects mobilize is developed in the margins of the instituted and the instituting, therefore, they are woven in the tension between the social and the political. The political is socialized and the social is politicized. Human rights and political culture constitute one of the vortices of this tension, facilitating the emerging of cartographies that enrich knowledge of the social world.
