Abstract
El presente artículo indaga sobre la importancia de los niños, niñas y adolescentes [N.N.A.] en Colombia y la relevancia de abordar temas como: la familia, pautas de crianza y procesos desintegración familiar para la comprensión del fenómeno del maltrato infantil, el cual afecta el desarrollo integral de los N.N.A. en sus diferentes entornos, con los aportes de estudios académicos de diferentes disciplinas (Trabajo Social, Psicología, Derecho, entre otras...) y estadísticas de organismo nacionales referentes al tema. Adicionalmente se realizará una comparación desde la teoría de sistemas y cómo está relacionado el maltrato infantil de manera sincrónica en todos los aspectos en los diferentes sistemas que componen la sociedad colombiana. Finalmente se desarrollará una comparación de los hallazgos del artículo con la sentencia T 262/ 2022 “la sentencia más linda del mundo”.
This article investigates the importance of children and adolescents [N.N.A.] in Colombia and the relevance of addressing issues such as: the family, parenting patterns and family 5 disintegration processes for the understanding of the phenomenon of child abuse, which affects the integral development of N.N.A. in their different environments, with the contributions of academic studies from different disciplines (Social Work, Psychology, Law, among others...) and statistics from national organizations related to the subject. Additionally, a comparison will be made from the theory of systems and how child abuse is related in a synchronic way in all aspects in the different systems that compose the Colombian society. Finally, a comparison of the findings of the article with the sentence T 262/ 2022 "the most beautiful sentence in the world" will be developed.

Examinar desde el trabajo social a partir de la interpretación documental (bibliográfica) cuáles son las principales causas del maltrato infantil y la forma en que ello afecta el desarrollo integral de N.N.A. en el Valle del Cauca durante el 2022.
