The project aims to conduct a feasibility study for establishing a vocational education institution in Pereira, Colombia. This institution would offer marketing, promotion, and cashier training programs within the commercial and business sectors. The project is motivated by the need to provide training for these demanded positions in the current economy. It aims to benefit individuals with limited resources, single mothers, and women who have undergone a process of reintegration at the Pereira Women's Incarceration Facility. The project would be carried out in four phases: 1.Market Research: This phase involves identifying the training needs of the Pereira population. There is a current necessity for an institution capable of providing training in the commercial field, generating both commercial and social impact within the municipality. 2. Development of Training Programs: In this phase, training programs tailored to the needs identified in the market research phase would be developed. These programs would benefit the general population as well as commercial organizations. 3. Implementation of Training Programs: This phase entails implementing the education programs and training participants. This process would raise awareness about the benefits of academic development within the institution. 4. Evaluation of Training Programs: This phase involves evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs, consistently promoting academic activities, and highlighting the benefits for the population in the city of Pereira. The project would be funded through a combination of public and private funds. Public funding would come from the national and local governments, highlighting the benefits for municipal residents interested in training and inclusive employment through academic contributions. 15 Private funding would come from organizations and companies interested in investing in social education for individuals needing formal employability opportunities. The project is expected to positively impact Pereira's economy by supporting job creation, increasing productivity, and reducing unemployment. It would also improve the quality of life for individuals with limited resources, limited job opportunities, single mothers, and women reintegrating into society after serving prison sentences.
