Abstract
Este trabajo de sistematización se enmarca realizando el análisis de la experiencia de elaboración de un plan de negocios de una empresa de consultoría ambiental y de soluciones industriales, dando a conocer las experiencias positivas y negativas de los profesionales en el momento de emprender.
This research work is part of the analysis of the experience of preparing a business plan for an environmental consulting and industrial solutions company, disclosing the positive and negative experiences of professionals at the time of undertaking. Within the first phase of the market study, it was possible to measure the potential demand for services of this type due to the high industrial growth that Soacha Cundinamarca presents and the need that the industry must comply with its environmental regulations and provide solutions to its industrial issues.

Sistematizar la experiencia del desarrollo del plan de negocios para la empresa E&I INGENIEROS Y CONSULTORES, la cual tiene como objetivo ofrecer servicios de consultoría ambiental y de soluciones industriales a las empresas ubicadas en Soacha Cundinamarca para el cumplimiento de su normatividad ambiental.
