Abstract
El presente documento como opción de grado en la especialización en gerencia de proyectos, bajo la modalidad de proyecto de investigación, tiene por objetivo establecer alternativas para el fortalecimiento social; tributario y empresarial en las Organizaciones sin Ánimo de Lucro, en adelante identificadas con las siglas “ESAL” a través del proyecto social liderado por el área de posgrados desde las especializaciones ofertadas en la actualidad (especialización en gerencia de proyectos y la especialización en innovación y desarrollo de negocios), en adelante (EGPR y EIDN) por parte del CENTRO REGIONAL SOACHA – UNIMINUTO en el municipio de Soacha, Departamento de Cundinamarca – Colombia.
