Abstract
En las organizaciones es importante identificar las necesidades internas y externas que demanda su operación, así mismo, conocer las capacidades con las que cuenta, ya sean tecnológicas, estructurales o de mano de obra, con el fin de desarrollar sus actividades de una forma eficiente. Sin embargo, empresas no toman en cuenta estas características dentro de su planeación, causando que muchos de los procesos que se realizan no se hagan de la forma más adecuada, afectando los resultados esperados a nivel interno.
In organizations it is important to identify the internal and external needs that their operation demands, as well as to know the capabilities they have, whether technological, structural or manpower, in order to develop their activities in an efficient way. However, many companies do not take into account these characteristics in their planning, causing that many of the processes that are carried out are not done in the most appropriate way, affecting the expected results.
