Abstract
Un buen emprendedor es aquel que está dispuesto a afrontar nuevos retos y salir de su zona
de confort, que dedica horas de trabajo y energía para convertir una idea de negocio en un proyecto
de vida, que cambia sus sueños por metas concretas y crea alianzas con equipos para crecer.
La innovación es el arte de convertir esas ideas en productos, procesos y servicios nuevos,
valiosos y necesarios, pensados para un cliente o consumidor que espera encontrar un producto
que satisfaga su necesidad o que le genere experiencias nuevas que involucren sus sentidos y lo
lleven a identificarse con un producto.
Esta monografía presenta una breve reseña y avance de un proyecto innovador que le
apuesta a generar alternativas de producción de bebidas saludables haciendo uso de materias
primas locales con potencial de aprovechamiento, su nombre es Nut`s Tea, la idea de negocio
surge en un Fruver donde las cascaras de las frutas eran desechadas, se visualizó el posible uso por
sus propiedades y la forma de reutilizarlas para generar un producto nuevo con estas cascaras y a
la vez un ingreso adicional.
Al llevar a cabo la gestión comercial inicial del emprendimiento, se encuentra que se tuvo
una falencia importante en la investigación de mercado que inicialmente se realizó donde falto
determinar el perfil del cliente y del consumidor lo que no ha permitido orientar debidamente el
diseño de una estrategia comercial para llegar realmente al consumidor de los productos de Nut´s
tea.
Finalmente se tiene como objetivo brindar información que genere conocimiento y
orientación para los emprendedores, la importancia de tener en cuenta que dentro de la
investigación de mercados se debe orientar estratégicamente para conocer un perfil de cliente y de
consumidor final a quien se le puede llegar realmente con el producto.

This monograph presents a brief review and progress of an innovative project that bets on generating alternatives for the production of healthy drinks using local raw materials with potential for use, its name is Nut`s Tea, the business idea arises in a fruver where the fruit peels were discarded, the possible use for their properties and the way to reuse them to generate a new product with these peels and at the same time an additional income was visualized. When carrying out the initial commercial management of the enterprise, it is found that there was an important flaw in the market research that was initially carried out where the profile of the client and the consumer was missing, which has not allowed to properly guide the design of a strategy. commercial to really reach the consumer of Nut´s tea products. Finally, the objective is to provide information that generates knowledge and guidance for entrepreneurs, the importance of considering that within market research it must be strategically oriented to know a profile of the client and final consumer who can really be reached. with the product.
