Abstract
La presente investigación de tipo cualitativo tiene como objetivo analizar la importancia del desarrollo de las habilidades gerenciales en líderes de empresas MiPymes, en cuatro empresas del sector comercial en el Centro de Medellín. El enfoque fue cualitativo y la información se construyó a través de cuatro entrevistas semiestructuradas y el proceso de análisis se llevó a cabo mediante una matriz categorial y matriz de Vester. Los hallazgos apuntan a un riesgo latente en el bienestar integral de los líderes dada varias razones, la cotidianidad que se vive en el entorno, la falta de una formación propia de la labor que, aunque teóricamente el líder nace o se hace de acuerdo con su necesidad y camino de vida, en el fondo se creería que un conocimiento explícito del tema tiende a ser necesario para evaluar la importancia del bienestar integral, manejo de emociones y control de circunstancias Todo esto permitió concluir que dentro del rol del líder en el afán de dar solución a los temas que a su alrededor le competen tanto del personal como de lo productivo, deja a un lado la prevalencia de su ser y no se evidencia la gestión de su bienestar integral. Dado esto se recalca la importancia de poner en práctica las herramientas brindadas con la finalidad de mitigar, disminuir, controlar e idealmente eliminar este factor de riesgo.
The objective of this qualitative research is to analyze the importance of the development of managerial skills in leaders of MiPyem company in four companies of the commercial sector in the downtown area of Medellín. The information was constructed through four semi-structured interviews and the análisis process was carried out by means of a categorical matrix and Vester's matrix. The findings point to a latent risk in the integral wellbeing of the leaders given several reasons, the daily life that is lived in the environment, the lack of a formation proper to the work that, although theoretically the leader is born or is made according to his need and life path, in the background it would be believed that an explicit knowledge of the subject tends to be necessary to evaluate the importance of the integral wellbeing, management of emotions and control of circumstances. All this allowed us to conclude that within the role of the leader in the eagerness to provide solutions to the issues that surround him, both personal and productive, he leaves aside the prevalence of his being and the management of his integral well-being is not evidenced, given this, the importance of putting into practice the tools provided in order to mitigate, diminish, control and ideally eliminate this risk factor is emphasized.
