Abstract
Esta propuesta piloto basada en un plan de bienestar, da a conocer las necesidades actuales de la entidad objeto de estudio frente a los procesos que se gestan dentro del área de talento humano, con el objetivo de garantizar una mejora de la condición laboral y calidad de vida de los empleados, a través de la consolidación de un plan de bienestar que apunte a satisfacer las necesidades que arrojó el diagnóstico realizado a través de la aplicación de una encuesta a los empleados de la Fundación Jardín de Amor. De acuerdo a lo anterior, en el texto, se realiza un acercamiento teórico basado en un análisis de contenido acerca de los procesos de plan de bienestar en organizaciones sociales, donde se identifican los diferentes elementos que constituyen el plan de bienestar considerando el contexto en el que se debe orientar las diferentes perspectivas teóricas y conceptuales que enriquecen su contenido. En concordancia, se aplicó una encuesta con el fin de identificar la percepción de los empleados sobre tres perspectivas, la calidad de vida laboral, el sentido de pertenencia y la motivación, que sirvieran de insumo para la elaboración de un plan de bienestar piloto para la Fundación Jardín de Amor que permitan generar estrategias que busquen fortalecer aspectos que impacten de una manera transversal al empleado y que logre generar una retribución en términos de productividad laboral.
This pilot proposal based on a well-being plan reveals the current needs of the entity under study in relation to the processes that take place within the area of human talent, with the aim of guaranteeing an improvement in the working condition and quality of life of the employees, through the consolidation of a well-being plan that aims to satisfy the needs that the diagnosis made through the application of a survey to the employees of the Fundación Jardín de Amor. According to the above, in the text, a theoretical approach is made based on a content analysis about the welfare plan processes in social organizations, where the different elements that constitute the welfare plan are identified considering the context in which that the different theoretical and conceptual perspectives that enrich its content should be oriented. In accordance, a survey was applied in order to identify the perception of the employees on three perspectives, the quality of work life, the sense of belonging and the motivation, which served as input for the elaboration of a pilot well-being plan for the company. Jardín de Amor Foundation that allows generating strategies that seek to strengthen aspects that have a transversal impact on the employee and that manage to generate compensation in terms of labor productivity.
