Análisis internacional de la cobertura de sistema de salud y seguridad laboral versus Colombia

Abstract

La presente monografía de investigación busca realizar las comparaciones de los diferentes sistemas de salud y sistemas de seguridad laboral internacional versus Colombia, mediante un análisis que se realizó a diferentes documentos de investigación, asociando el desarrollo cultural y socioeconómico de cada país. Se utiliza un método cualitativo, donde se implementan diversas fuentes de información como revistas, libros y artículos de investigación de los últimos 5 años donde se escogieron los más relevantes al tema a tratar, se realizan las respectivas lecturas donde se fueron analizando y comparando, haciendo un análisis internacional con el sistema de salud y el sistema de seguridad laboral en Colombia. Con base en lo anterior se puede evidenciar que Colombia tiene un sistema de salud y seguridad laboral semejante al de España, Alemania y Chile, donde la principal diferencia que se encuentra con Colombia, es que se tienen entidades privadas con fines de lucro para manejar este tipo de sistemas. Colombia es un país que delega sus funciones a terceros (entidades privadas), es por esto que el bienestar, los derechos y el bienestar de los trabajadores son vulnerados, ya que no tienen una debida vigilancia y control para tener así implementar adecuadamente el sistema de seguridad social y sistema de salud. En especial, es importante que a diferencia de los países europeos y parte de Suramérica (Chile), se evidencia una mejor estructura en el SG-SST, a diferencia de Colombia ya que en este 9 país se tienen muchas falencias y no le dan cumplimiento a los derechos a los que pueden acceder los trabajadores. Partiendo de esto, se puede decir que Colombia tiene uno de los mejores sistemas de salud y sistemas de seguridad laboral, pero por las entidades privadas que son vigiladas por los órganos de control del estado, hace que evidencien muchas fallas en su estructura y hace que los trabajadores queden vulnerables. Dado que en otros países la normatividad que rige la estructura del SG-SST en efecto se encuentra orientada al trabajador, independientemente si labora en la informalidad o de manera formal, ya que definitivamente su deseo es remarcar los derechos constitucionales.

Based on this, it can be said that Colombia has one of the best health and labor safety systems, but because of the private entities that they have, which are supervised by the state control bodies, they show many flaws in their structure and makes workers vulnerable. Given that in other countries the regulations that govern the structure of the SG-SST are in fact oriented to the worker, regardless of whether they work informally or formally, since their desire is definitely to highlight constitutional rights.
