Abstract
La presente monografía de emprendimiento plantea la iniciativa de crear una empresa de
asesorías de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para empresas del sector de turismo de aventura
que se encuentran legalmente constituidas en la Región del Tequendama, y que contribuya a
mejorar el cumplimiento del marco legal vigente en Colombia. Se decide emprender con esta
idea ya que el ecoturismo es una de las actividades más interesantes y que ha ido en crecimiento
debido a que la práctica está relacionada con la experiencia de nuevas emociones y la búsqueda
de algo diferente. Durante el desarrollo se relacionan investigaciones encontradas en páginas
web y se implementa una metodología mixta, la cual permite un análisis completo de forma
cualitativa y cuantitativa y el cual arroja resultados más completos sobre la población de estudio,
el cual estuvo conformada por 89 empresas dedicadas a la actividad y la muestra objeto por 72
de ellas.
Se permite evidenciar por medio de lo evaluado a la población de muestra dedicada al turismo
de aventura que no todas cuentan con la reglamentación, capacitación y elementos necesarios
para disminuir los riesgos a los que se exponen los turistas o visitantes, tampoco no todas tienen
claridad en sus procesos de evacuación y cómo reaccionar ante un evento adverso, de acuerdo
a lo anterior y a los reportes en noticias de los últimos años, se crea la necesidad de ser un
emprendimiento idóneo para satisfacer dicha necesidad y garantizar a cada una de las empresas
del sector y la región la funcionalidad, normatividad y conocimiento necesarios; llevando un
portafolio completo de los servicios y elementos necesarios a tener para funcionar de manera
correcta.
This entrepreneurship monograph proposes the initiative to create an Occupational Health and Safety consultancy company for companies in the adventure tourism sector that are legally constituted in the Tequendama Region, and that contributes to improving compliance with the legal framework. valid in Colombia.
