Abstract
El concepto bancarización es un tema que se relaciona siempre con la obtención de créditos y apalancamientos económicos para las microempresas, sin embargo este concepto va mucho más allá, hablar de bancarización es sinónimo de progreso económico, de inclusión social, esto permite a las personas naturales y a las microempresas que se encuentran en la ciudad de Medellín son de carácter informal, un empleado que pertenezca a este 50% no tiene acceso a la pensión, ni salud, ni a una caja de compensación, solo un 30.2% de las microempresas constituidas ofrece empleo formal, frente a estas cifras debemos entender que hay una gran variable de informalismo en Medellín que contribuye a una crisis y un retraso en la economía de Medellín.
The concept of bank access is an issue that is always related to obtaining credit and economic leverage for micro-enterprises, however this concept goes much further, talking about bank access is synonymous with economic progress, social inclusion, this allows people natural and microenterprises have a higher degree of formality, 50% of the microenterprises found in the city of Medellin are informal, an employee who belongs to this 50% has no access to a pension, health, or a compensation fund, only 30.2% of the constituted microenterprises offer formal employment, compared to these figures we must understand that there is great variable of in formalism in Medellin that contributes to a crisis and a delay in the economy of Medellín.
