Abstract
La falta de manuales que documenten cada proceso y procedimiento al interior de la administradora de servicios savia salud EPS, se ha convertido en una problemática notable; ya que esto genera desinformación, falta de experiencia y conocimiento para los colaboradores de esta entidad; es por ello que se inició el desarrollo del manual del procedimiento de devolución de aportes, para así facilitar la ejecución de este, e incentivar a la realización de demás manuales de todos los procesos que allí se ejecutan, generando un ambiente de confianza tanto para los directivo como para los encargado del procedimiento al momento de realizar sus labores. Un interrogante que es importante responder sería ¿Que piensan los colaboradores de savia salud EPS de que los procesos y procedimientos administrativos no estén documentos?; Es por ello que la metodología que se utiliza en este proyecto de investigación es mixta, ya que así se podrán responder interrogantes que deban ser solucionados por medio de encuestas y también para obtener resultados y conclusión más certeras; de esto se puede concluir la necesidad que tiene dicha entidad de realizar esta labor para así tener procesos y resultados más eficaces.
The lack of manuals that document each process and procedure within the Savia Salud EPS service administrator has become a notable problem; since this generates disinformation, lack of experience and knowledge for the collaborators of this entity; That is why the development of the contribution return procedure manual was initiated, in order to facilitate its execution, and encourage the creation of other manuals of all the processes that are executed there, generating an environment of trust for both the director and for those in charge of the procedure at the time of carrying out their work. An important question to answer would be: What do the collaborators of Savia Salud EPS think about administrative processes and procedures not being documented? That is why the methodology used in this research project is mixed, since in this way it will be possible to answer questions that must be solved through surveys and also to obtain more accurate results and conclusions; From this we can conclude the need for said entity to carry out this work in order to have more effective processes and results.
