Influencia del Síndrome de Burnout en el Rendimiento Laboral de los docentes de primera infancia de Latinoamérica.

Abstract

La presente es una investigación monográfica, a través de la cual se pretende encontrar la influencia que existe entre el Síndrome de burnout y el rendimiento laboral. El propósito de esta investigación está enfocado en la población de los docentes de primera infancia, de instituciones educativas públicas y privadas de Latinoamérica. Para su desarrollo, se dio lugar a una rejilla bibliográfica, en la cual se registra información de 25 artículos científicos, que contienen datos antecedentes, características y factores de las variables analizadas. El alcance de los resultados es cualitativo y cuantitativo y se centra en el análisis de la influencia que tiene el síndrome de burnout sobre el rendimiento laboral en los docentes, a través de la indagación de investigaciones realizadas sobre el tema.

This is a monographic investigation, through which it is intended to find the influence that exists between the Burnout Syndrome and work performance; The purpose of this research is focused on the population of early childhood teachers, from public and private educational institutions in Latin America. For its development, a bibliographic grid was created, in which information from 25 scientific articles is recorded, containing background data, characteristics and factors of the variables analyzed. The scope of the results is qualitative and quantitative and focuses on the analysis of the influence that burnout syndrome has on the work performance of teachers, through the investigation of research carried out on the subject.
