Caracterización de las prácticas contables en microempresas del sector textil con técnica de estampación en serigrafía de la comuna 10 La Candelaria en Medellín, Colombia

Abstract

El presente trabajo caracteriza las prácticas contables de las microempresas del sector textil con técnica de estampación en serigrafía en la comuna 10 La Candelaria de la ciudad de Medellín. Sin embargo, se evidencia falta de actualización de conocimientos, prácticas empíricas, falta de procesos de industrialización en el ámbito de los estampados y la serigrafía con poco uso de la ilustración como forma de transmitir un mensaje a los clientes directos e indirectos. La investigación utilizó un enfoque cualitativo bajo la teoría fundamentada, cuya comprensión de los datos se hizo a través de la técnica de análisis documental y entrevistas semiestructuradas sistematizadas en una matriz de análisis documental. Los resultados arrojaron datos de contexto relacionados con número de trabajadores, tiempo de operación en el mercado, constitución legal, dinámica de prácticas contables y, a su vez, se analizaron variables de contexto como capacitación y actualización; altos costos, estructura organizacional y competitividad sostenible. Se concluye que las prácticas contables en las microempresas del sector se presentan manualmente, no están legalmente constituidas y la estructura de la organización se da de manera aislada.This paper characterizes the accounting practices of microenterprises in the textile sector with screen printing technique in the commune 10 La Candelaria of the city of Medellín. However, there is evidence of lack of updating of knowledge, empirical practices, lack of industrialization processes in the field of prints and screen printing with little use of illustration to convey a message to direct and indirect customers. The research used a qualitative approach under the grounded theory, whose understanding of the data was made through the technique of documentary analysis and semi-structured interviews systematized in a matrix of documentary analysis. The results showed context data related to the number of workers, time of operation in the market, legal constitution, dynamics of accounting practices and, in turn, context variables such as training and updating were analyzed, high costs, organizational structure and sustainable competitiveness. It is concluded that accounting practices in microenterprises in the sector are presented manually, are not legally constituted and the structure of the organization occurs in isolation.
