Hacia una cultura de prevención

Abstract

(Organización Internacional del Trabajo [OIT], 2019) informa que a nivel mundial los índices de accidentalidad y enfermedades laborales aumentan de manera considerable, según la (OIT) cada año mueren 2,3 millones de personas por accidentes y enfermedades laborales, es por esta razón es necesario desarrollar en todo el mundo y a nivel nacional una cultura de seguridad preventiva para poder bajar los índices antes mencionados. Como propuesta transformadora, se realizó una investigación mixta, de acción participativa; donde se realizó una encuesta al personal y se analizó los índices de accidentalidad de la empresa Corrumed SAS, con el fin de recopilar información y al final de la investigación dar unas recomendaciones de cómo construir cultura del cuidado a través de la seguridad basada en el comportamiento. La SBC ayudara a mejorar la cultura de prevención de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, si la empresa u organización involucra más a los Gerentes, lideres de áreas, COPASST y a la misma población, para lograr impactar de forma positiva y al menor tiempo la seguridad basada en el comportamiento y así cumplir con la misión de que todo su personal regrese sano y salvo a casa para que disfrute lo que más le gusta hacer en la vida.
