Retos de las MiPymes en el municipio de Bello, para desarrollar una economía digital en tiempos de pandemia
El mundo y su economía han sido profundamente afectados por la pandemia causada por el Covid19, este fenómeno cambió la forma en la que funcionan las instituciones, las empresas, y en general la vida cotidiana de las personas. Las medidas tomadas por la emergencia sanitaria decretada por el gobierno colombiano han afectado igualmente a las Mipymes del país, que ahora deben enfrentar nuevos retos que les permita mantenerse en el mercado. La tecnología y el Internet revolucionaron la forma en la que nos comunicamos, y ante la emergencia sanitaria el uso de estas herramientas se ha convertido en una necesidad imperante, ya que el mundo ha migrado a la virtualidad. Desarrollar una economía digital permite a las Mipymes ser más competitivas, pensar en su imagen, desarrollar un plan de marketing digital y ampliar la comunicación con sus clientes. Por esta razón el comercio electrónico, el uso de las redes sociales y el comercio móvil, debe ser parte esencial en el proceso organizacional y administrativo de una empresa. Este trabajo se centrará en las Mipymes del municipio de Bello, Antioquia, con la finalidad de identificar los desafíos que las empresas enfrentan para desarrollar una economía digital en tiempos de pandemia.

The measures taken by the health emergency decreed by the Colombian government have also affected the country's MSMEs, which now must face new challenges that allow them to remain in the market. Technology and the Internet have revolutionized the way we communicate, and in the face of the health emergency, the use of these tools has become a prevailing need, as the world has migrated to virtuality. Developing a digital economy allows MSMEs to be more competitive, think about their image, develop a digital marketing plan and expand communication with their customers. For this reason, electronic commerce, the use of social networks and mobile commerce, must be an essential part of the organizational and administrative process of a company. This work will focus on SMEs in the municipality of Bello, Antioquia, in order to identify the challenges that companies have to develop a digital economy intimes of pandemic.
