Abstract
Los riesgos psicosociales en el trabajo constituyen una gran preocupación por parte de las organizaciones mundiales relacionadas con la salud y el trabajo como lo son la Organización Mundial De La Salud (OMS) y la Organización Internacional Del Trabajo (OIT) y están realizando esfuerzos para que los Estados y todos los actores involucrados en el mundo del trabajo tomen conciencia de la magnitud del problema. Los efectos negativos a la salud de los trabajadores y la repercusión en la productividad, debido a diversos tipos de enfermedades y ausentismo con el consiguiente daño económico global hoy en innegable.
El presente estudio intenta explorar la carga laboral presentada en los colaboradores y la asociación entre la percepción de riesgos psicosociales laborales y el ausentismo laboral en la empresa del sector metalmecánico SISPRO S.A del municipio de Medellín en los años 2018 y 2021.
Psychosocial risks at work are a major concern for global organizations related to health and work such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Labor Organization (ILO) and they are making efforts to make States and all actors involved in the world of work aware of the magnitude of the problem. The negative effects on the health of workers and the impact on productivity, due to various types of illnesses and absenteeism with the consequent global economic damage is undeniable today. The present study intends to explore the workload presented in the collaborators and the association between the perception of psychosocial occupational risks and absenteeism in the company of the metal-mechanical sector SISPRO S.A of the municipality of Medellin in the years 2018 and 2021.
