Propuesta de control de inventarios del restaurante Dados Pizza & Parrilla
Con este proyecto de investigación se desea evidenciar los conocimientos adquiridos a lo largo de la carrera profesional, a partir de la elaboración de propuestas en el control de inventarios en el restaurante Dados Pizza & Parrilla ubicado en el barrio Belén San Bernardo de la ciudad de Medellín. El proyecto de investigación se caracteriza por ser descriptivo, con un enfoque mixto. El objetivo principal es gestionar y determinar un sistema para el control de los inventarios; en su aplicación se pretende realizar un análisis de los procedimientos en el almacenamiento y distribución de los insumos, todo esto conforme a la información obtenida mediante la observación del lugar, encuestas, análisis de los datos recolectados y la realización de procesos de mejora continua. Lo que se espera con el estudio desarrollado es la implementación de mejora en los niveles de ocupación y reconocimiento de los insumos o materia prima, identificación del decrecimiento en los costos y a través de las herramientas académicas, presentar variables y alternativas que aporten a la solución del problema.
With this research project, I wish to evidence all the acquired knowledge during my professional career, according to the preparation of proposals in the inventory control of Dados Pizza & Parilla´s restaurant located in Belén San Bernardo neighborhood, in the city of Medellín. This research project is characterized by being descriptive, with a mixed approach. The mean objective is to manage and establish a system for inventory control; in its application, it is intended to execute an analysis of the procedures in the storage and distribution of inputs, everything is according to the information obtained through the observation of places, surveys, analysts of the data collection and the performance of continuous improvement process. With this research study, it is expected the implementation of improvement in the levels of occupation and recognition of inputs or raw materials, identification of the decrease in costs and through academic tools, present variables and alternatives that contribute to the solution of the trouble.
