Impacto con respecto a la accidentalidad laboral después de implementar el PESV en la Secretaría de Movilidad y Tránsito del Municipio de Sabaneta

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el impacto que ha tenido el Plan Estratégico de Seguridad Vial (PESV) en la Secretaría de Movilidad y Tránsito del Municipio de Sabaneta. La secretaría busca que mediante la implementación del (PESV) se reduzca la tasa de accidentalidad laboral que se viene presentando con los agentes de tránsito, tomando como referencia el año en que fue implementado el PESV (2016). Miraremos las cifras de accidentalidad que se tenían tres años antes de su implementación y las compararemos con las cifras obtenidas posteriores a su implementación. Luego de obtener las cifras de accidentalidad podremos determinar si el impacto del PESV ha sido positivo o negativo. También podremos determinar en cuanto se ha reducido el número de accidentes. Los Planes Estratégicos de Seguridad Vial son un documento de planificación, que contiene las acciones, mecanismos, estrategias y medidas que se deben realizar en una empresa, de forma que incida efectivamente en la accidentalidad vial. Es decir, que la obliga a pensar, planear y trazar el mapa de acciones (incluyendo tiempos, recursos y actores concretos) con el fin de reducir las tasas de accidentalidad de tránsito. El objetivo de los Planes Estratégicos de Seguridad Vial son definir los planes y acciones que se deben llevar a cabo en las empresas, organizaciones o entidades públicas o privadas, para lograr la prevención de los accidentes de tránsito de tipo laboral, de forma que tenga clara su gestión al establecer áreas involucradas, responsables, mecanismos de evaluación y seguimiento.

This research aims to determine the impact that the Strategic Road Safety Plan (SRSP) has had on the Ministry of Mobility and Traffic of the Municipality of Sabaneta. The mobility secretary seeks that through the implementation of the (SRSP) the occupational accident rate that has been presented with traffic agents is reduced, taking as a reference the year in which the PESV was implemented (2016). We will look at the accident figures that were three years before its implementation and we will compare them with the figures obtained after its implementation. After obtaining the accident figures, we can determine if the impact of the SRSP has been positive or negative. We can also determine how much the number of accidents has been reduced. The Strategic Road Safety Plans are a planning document that contains the actions, mechanisms, strategies and measures that must be carried out in a company, so that it effectively affects road accidents. That is to say, it forces it to think, plan and draw the map of actions (including times, resources and specific actors) in order to reduce traffic accident rates. The objective of the Road Safety strategic plans is to define the plans and actions that must be carried out in companies, organizations or public or private entities, to achieve the prevention of occupational traffic accidents, in a way that is clear its management by establishing areas involved, responsible, evaluation and monitoring mechanisms.
