Propuesta de mejora al Sistema de información para la gestión de los anticipos de la Clínica Sagrado Corazón SAS

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo: Construir una propuesta de mejora al sistema de información existente de la Clínica Sagrado Corazón, que permita ver en tiempo real los anticipos realizados a cada uno de los proveedores en el departamento de Tesorería; en pro de corregir la problemática que presenta el sistema al no interactuar con los módulos de pagos y anticipos y la ausencia de un módulo que legalice los saldos identificados por anticipo, buscando tener una mejor gestión de los mismos por medio de sistemas de información bien estructurados que generen respuestas oportunas y eficientes a las área implicadas. La orientación de esta investigación es cualitativa, ya que se centró en identificar por medio de entrevistas con los Coordinadores de tesorería de algunas instituciones de salud, de cómo es la realización y gestión que le hacen a los anticipos desde el inicio de la solicitud; durante y como finaliza el proceso del mismo en su legalización y cuáles son los sistemas de información que utilizan actualmente que les ha permitido llevar un control eficiente de los recursos asignados por anticipado. Los resultados obtenidos en las entrevistas, permitieron conocer que la Clínica en el momento cuenta con un sistema de información limitado que no cumple con todos los módulos requeridos para generar un mejor control y funcionamiento de los recursos girados a sus proveedores. Lo que llevo a plantear una propuesta por medio de cotizaciones de empresas expertas en generar software a la medida, con el fin de implementar un módulo de legalización de anticipos y una alerta informativa que refleje e identifique los recursos que están pendientes hacer legalizados en el sistema de información ya existente.

The objective of this research work is: To build a proposal to improve the existing information system of the Sagrado Corazón Clinic, that allows in real-time viewing the advances made to each of the suppliers in the Treasury department; in favor of correcting the problems presented by the system by not interacting with the payment and advance payment modules and the absence of a module that legalizes the balances identified by advance payment, seeking to have a better management of them through well-structured information systems that generate timely and efficient responses to the areas involved. The orientation of this research is qualitative, since it focused on identifying through interviews with the Treasury Coordinators of some health institutions, how the realization and management that they do to the advances from the beginning of the request is; during and how the legalization process ends and what are the information systems currently used that have allowed them to efficiently control the resources assigned in advance. The results obtained in the interviews allowed us to know that the Clinic currently has a limited information system that does not comply with all the modules required to generate better control and operation of the resources transferred to its providers. What led to a proposal through quotes from expert companies in generating custom software, in order to implement a module for the legalization of advances and an informative alert that reflects and identifies the resources that are pending to be legalized in the system. of existing information.
