The pandemic caused by COVID-19 has created an important change in the personal and labor relations of humanity, with the application of mandatory isolation measures, companies have seen the need to incorporate new dynamics such as teleworking, however, The impact of this forced incorporation has not been studied in depth with regard to labor welfare in SMEs. For this reason, a case study is proposed to analyze work well-being in the midst of teleworking in two SMEs in Medellín in the framework of the Global Pandemic COVID-19. The methods used are mixed and the scope of the research is explanatory, in this sense, a digital questionnaire composed of open and closed questions was used as a technique for data collection to analyze the perception of employees against the job change; In addition, a documentary review was carried out to show the strategies that SMEs have used in order to improve labor well-being. The results allowed to show some problems such as: the extension of schedules, the mix between the personal and the work, the sedentary lifestyle and the decrease in social relationships. To attack these problems, a series of personalized strategies are proposed in the two SMEs and finally it is concluded that, although there is a favorable perception of labor well-being, there are still fields in which it could be improved and processes could be standardized to fully guarantee the employee welfare.
