Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la factibilidad para la construcción de un centro de acopio y carga para el almacenamiento y comercialización de productos agrícolas en el municipio de Fresno Tolima, enfocada en la Metodología General Ajustada (MGA), con base en la investigación institucional. línea Gestión Social, Participación y Desarrollo Comunitario, bajo la Sublínea: Gestión Social y Comunitaria. Se realizó una mesa de consulta con todos los actores involucrados en el proyecto y se determinó el aporte de cada uno: El Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural es el encargado de brindar los recursos técnicos y financieros para la ejecución del proyecto, la Alcaldía de Fresno está a cargo de estructurar y formular el proyecto, así como proveer recursos financieros con el objetivo de incrementar la productividad y competitividad de las unidades productivas de la región, y el Departamento del Tolima a través de recursos técnicos, metodológicos y financieros apoyará su ejecución. Los resultados se verán reflejados en la comunidad en general, quienes serán los encargados de realizar la veeduría ciudadana durante su ejecución, velando por que se realice el correcto manejo de los recursos públicos. Los comerciantes de Fresno contribuirán a la organización social y empresarial del gobierno municipal, mejorando las capacidades de distribución locales y foráneas para promover el crecimiento económico y la creación de nuevos empleos.
The objective of the present investigation is to determine the feasibility for the construction of a collection and loading center for the storage and commercialization of agricultural products in the municipality of Fresno Tolima, focused on the Adjusted General Methodology (MGA), based on the institutional research line Social Management, Participation and Community Development, under the Sub line: Social and Community Management. A consultation table was held with all the actors involved in the project and the contribution of each one was determined: The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is in charge of providing technical and financial resources for the execution of the project, the Mayor's Office of Fresno is in charge to structure and formulate the project, as well as provide financial resources with the aim of increasing the productivity and competitiveness of the productive units of the region, and the Department of Tolima through technical, methodological and financial resources will support its execution. The results will be reflected in the community in general, who will be in charge of carrying out citizen oversight during its execution, ensuring that the correct management of public resources is carried out. Fresno merchants will contribute to the social and business organization of the municipal government, improving local and foreign distribution capacities to promote economic growth and the creation of new jobs.
